2. Use of This Website

By placing an order, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old, and
You are purchasing for personal use within the UK.

We may update the website or these terms at any time.

3. Products & Availability

We sell a small selection of goods as displayed on our website.

Product images are for illustration only.
All items are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue products without notice.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include UK VAT (if applicable).
Delivery charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via the payment methods shown.

5. Order Process & Acceptance

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This is not acceptance. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods and send a dispatch confirmation.

We may refuse or cancel orders (e.g. due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected misuse).

6. Delivery

We deliver to addresses within the UK only.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
Delays outside our control (e.g. postal strikes, weather) are not our responsibility.
If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we may contact you to rearrange.

7. Cancellations & Returns

Under UK consumer law, you have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind.

To cancel, contact us at orders@to-the-moon with your order number.

Returned items must be:

Unused and in their original packaging,
Posted back within 14 days of telling us you’re cancelling.

You are responsible for the return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We will refund the product price (and standard delivery cost if the full order is returned) within 14 days of receiving the goods back or proof of posting.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us as soon as possible at orders@to-the-moon.

We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your legal rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any:

Indirect or consequential losses,
Loss of profits, goodwill, or data.

Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

10. Privacy & Data

We only use your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your details with third parties except as necessary to process your order.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (including logos, text, and images) is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used without permission.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the UK courts.
